* Damaged loops / brackets will be replaced

* Fall stone set as inlay / paste, please reach our store in advance by telephone and deliver the jewelry in good condition for new stone paste

It is recommended to shower with your Jewelry on, while regularly using your water and soap it actually cleans your jewelry, too!

Put the jewel in a non-metallic tool! With a regular liquid soap dish with water and soak the jewelry for a few minutes, when done, dry the jewelry well

You can also clean them with a silver cleaning cloth

It is prohibition to allow any contact with chlorine / acid detergents.

Necklaces: Extra-long chain storage - wrap on something like cardboard or hang on a wall nail to avoid any creation of unwanted ties.
