* החזרה עד 14 ימים מיום קבלת
הפריט לזיכוי באתר, בדואר חוזר או בחנות שלנו, בתנאי שלא נעשה בהם שימוש, שלא נפל בהם
* החזר כספי עד 2 ימים מיום קבלת הפריט

שום פגם/נזק וכנגד קבלה בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן.
* לא יינתן זיכוי או החזר כספי על דמי משלוח.
*לא יינתן זיכוי כספי על מוצרים שלא שולמה עליהם תרומה מבצעים/מתנה
* עבור מוצר שנרכש במבצע תינתן אפשרות החלפה לפי הסכום ששולם עבור הפריט
בעת הרכישה וכפי שמופיע בחשבונית העסקה ולא בשווי המחיר המלא של המוצר.
* במקרה של ביטול עסקה לאחר שהמוצר נשלח אל הלקוח, יינתן זיכוי כספי עבור
הפריט שנרכש ולא עבור דמי המשלוח (דואר רשום/אקספרס/שליחים). הזיכוי יתבצע רק
לאחר קבלת המשלוח ובדיקתו על ידי בעלת החברה מרים .
הזיכוי יינתן בתנאי שהמוצר יוחזר ללא שימוש ו/או פגם ו/או נזק. במידה והמוצר הוחזר שלא כאמור בסעיף זה, לא יזוכה המזמין (לא זיכוי כספי ולא שובר זיכוי). יובהר, כי מרים סיסו היא בעלת שיקול הדעת הבלעדי בעניין מצב המוצר המוחזר.
* כל זיכוי יועבר לכרטיס האשראי בו בוצעה ההזמנה בלבד, ובהתאם ללוחות הזמנים של
חברת האשראי או חברת PAYPAL. עם ביטול העסקה יזוכה אמצעי התשלום שמסרה
המשתמשת בניכוי דמי ביטול בגובה 5% משווי העסקה או 100 ש"ח – לפי הנמוך מבין
השניים.
